We are committed to continuous improvement in environmental protection.  

Penick will at all times operate as an environmentally sensitive and responsible company.  

Management of Penick is charged with integration of responsible environmental management into all business planning and operational decision processes. 

Thus,

• Penick will endeavor to stay alert and be aware of Federal, State and local environmental legislation and will, at a minimum, meet all applicable regulatory requirements.

• Our goal is to exceed all legal requirements for protection of the environment

• Penick will monitor the implementation of this policy by carrying out audits to assure continuing compliance

• Because protection of the environment is everyone’s responsibility, Penick will arrange for the training of all employees so that in the course of carrying out their duties they act in accordance with the environmental policy

• Penick will encourage suppliers, contractors and vendors to act in accordance with environmental standards

In addition Penick will:

• Design and operate its processes to minimize waste creation

• Select non-polluting technology where possible

• Re-use and re-cycle waste streams where technologically and financially feasible and,

• Use resources, including energy, as efficiently as feasible
